Psychology and Spiritualism

 

I began reading Tarot Cards in 2007, but my journey with card reading (poker cards) started even earlier, when I was just 12. 

I kept my special abilities under wraps, but my curiosity in spiritualism is evident.

I even pursuing psychology alongside spiritualism to understand more about human experience and consciousness. 

Through metaphysical and psychological understanding, I help people connect with their inner selves, offering guidance, clarity, and insights into life's mysteries.

My approach is one of balance - to help others unlock their full potential and embrace the miracles life has to offer, whether through tarot readings, workshops on the Law of Attraction, or exploring the mysteries of consciousness.

Pursuing psychology alongside spiritualism is a good combination. Psychology primarily seeks to understand behaviour, thought processes, and emotions through scientific study, spiritualism looks at deeper metaphysical aspects like the soul, purpose, and connection with the universe. 

Psychology can help to ground and explain spiritual experiences by exploring how the mind perceives and interprets these events.

Psychological theories on consciousness, intuition, and altered states of mind, such as in meditation or trance, can offer insights into spiritual experiences. 

Trance/Flow, in psychology, is a state of heightened focus in an activity, often described as being "in the zone." Theories of flow explain that when individuals are fully engaged in an activity that challenges them just enough, they experience a sense of timelessness, effortlessness, and connection. Spiritually, this flow state can be compared to moments of divine connection or alignment with the universe, where an individual feels in sync with something greater than themselves. 

Meditation induces an altered state of consciousness where brainwave patterns shift, particularly increasing alpha and theta waves. Psychologically, these states are associated with deep relaxation, intuition, and heightened awareness - states that are often linked to spiritual experiences, such as feeling a sense of oneness, accessing subconscious wisdom, or receiving insights. Meditation allows the mind to quieten, which many spiritual traditions believe is essential for connecting with the higher self, the divine, or universal consciousness.

Ace of Swords
The birth of an idea and swift action will win the day. Success.

Reversed Meaning
Ease up.
The initiative is being blocked in some way.
If this reading isn't appropriate, the message may be that you are entering murky ethical or moral water. Your sense of right and wrong is being challenged and compromised. It may be time to make some tough decision

Two of Swords
The central meaning of this card is a stalemate. You are caught in a dilemma or involved in a problem but are unable to move forward because of a reluctance to view the situation in its true light.

Reversed Meaning
A compromise has been made, or a decision has been made for you.
Perhaps you have accepted, but are not moving forward with it in a positive direction. You may need to engage more fully in the creative process.

Part 3: Minor Arcana - Wands

Ace of Wands
Here is the birth of a new enterprise or project. It will be exciting and inspiring and may involve either mental expansion or physical travel.
Encouragement if you are toying with the idea of launching a new scheme.
A holiday or long journey, which might also show the start of a spiritual quest.

Reversed Meaning
Indicates that the potential for power is present, but is not being realised.
The force is being blocked by a situation, and action or a non-action.
False start.
If the question asked concerns another person, this may indicate that he or she is not an appropriate sexual partner or role model.

Two of Wands
You are in a good position.
An opportunity is on the horizon even though it is not yet clear what it is.

Reversed Meaning
Your responsibilities are too much, or that they exceed the extent of your authority. Or perhaps there is a problem with one of the many things for which you have responsibility.

Part 3: Minor Arcana - Pentacles

Ace of Pentacles

It may bring an increase in money. Very often, money is shown through a gift or a windfall. Money can also arrive through dowries, so this card can even indicate an engagement or marriage. 

The start of a new business venture or anything that will be of material value. It can also indicate a change of career or a new job through a pay rise. 

Reversed Meaning

Now is a good time to save money rather than spend it.

Two of Pentacles
You are able to juggle your many resources, and your efforts are multiplying. It is important to strike a balance in your life.
You are flexible with your money and weigh the pros and cons well.

Reversed Meaning
Struggling to stay afloat.

Part 3: Minor Arcana - Cups

Ace of Cups
The start of a situation that will be happy and satisfying.
It often refers to the beginning of a love affair, enjoyable phase in an existing relationship or the start of a creative venture.
It can also indicate a wonderful opportunity is on the way.

Reversed Meaning
Miss a valuable opportunity.

Two of Cups
A contract will soon be agreed.
Could be a marriage contract, a business agreement or anything else that succeeds through co-operation.

Reversed Meaning
Not the ideal partnership. The natural flow of cooperation is not present.

Part 2: Major Arcana

0 The Fool: The Beginning Of The Journey

The Fool embarked upon with enthusiasm and optimism.

But this card warns of the dangers of overlooking potential pitfalls and obstacles.

Reversed Meaning:

Cant manifest to make it happen.

Unprepared.

He studies the way things work, draws conclusions, and then make changes to produce the desired results.

Part 1 - Tarot

The tarot has a remarkable ability to focus on a particular problem and provide great insight into its possible cause and solution. It can also pinpoint future events with tremendous accuracy, describing them in a remarkable detail. It is a marvellous tool that enables us to understand ourselves better, describing them in remarkable detail.

Choosing A Set Of Cards

There is such a wealth of tarot cards available that you can buy them in virtually every shape, size and style you wish. The choice is yours. What counts is finding a deck with which you feel completely comfortable. If you struggle to read the titles of the cards or can never remember their meanings because their images are so confusing, you will soon stop using them.

Once you have found a set of cards that you like, it is important to familiarise yourself with them. Spend plenty of time looking at each card, listening carefully to what your intuition tells you about it.

Jot down these ideas, preferably in a special notebook, because they will help you to elaborate on the meanings of the cards.

If you are a tarot novice, you are probably counting the minutes until you can give your first reading.

You will feel more relaxed and the reading will be more powerful if you have learned the basic meaning of each card and do not have to keep referring to this or any other source. Readings that are regularly punctuated by frantic searches through a book are rarely a comfortable or satisfying experience. Once you have mastered the essential meaning of each card, you can use your intuition to flesh out your interpretation.

Before you launch into your reading, study the cards to gain an initial impression of the spread.

Sometimes the tarot does not answer the question it has been asked. Instead, it concentrates on something completely different. For instance, your question about a relationship may remain unanswered because the cards are describing your health or your job prospects. It means that specific areas of your life need to be examined and the tarot is drawing your attention to them. As you become an accomplished tarot reader you will also recognise that on rare occasions the cards refuse to make any sense, and you cannot give a coherent reading. This may be because the time is not right for a reading. This can be frustrating but you must learn to respect the tarot, even when it is being uncooperative.

Some people prefer to work with only the Major Arcana and to ignore the Minor Arcana. The combination of the two gives a much richer and more detailed reading, with more light and shade.

Reversed Cards

During the course of shuffling and laying out the cards, it is almost inevitable that some of them will be reversed. It is up to you whether you give these reversed cards a separate interpretation from their upright position, or simply turn them around and read them as normal. You may prefer to use only the upright meanings when you are learning to read the tarot, because that is quite enough information to remember at first, and then give reversed meanings when you are more proficient. Many professional tarot readers dispense with reversed meanings altogether. This has no bearing on their level of expertise - it is purely a matter of personal preference. The interpretation of each card includes its possible reversed meaning. Let your intuition dictate which parts of each interpretation you focus on.

It acts like a mirror, reflecting the circumstances at the time of the question. If those circumstances do not change, the predictions may come true. If the predicted events do not happen, it may be because some of the circumstances altered. Perhaps the person having the reading realised that the prediction contained a warning and acted upon it. It will sharpen your awareness of what is happening to you at a particular time by reflecting it back to you. Carl Jung called them synchronicity or meaningful coincidences.
Once you tune into it you will realise the universe (or you may prefer to use a term like God, angels, spirits, or other entities) is full of messages and guidance.

I would like to share a little of my BaZi to anybody who wants to read this article and would like to understand more about BaZi.
some people might think this is crap or whatsoever but I'm not here to explain how BaZi and Fengshui use scientific way to reveal the hidden circumstances that might appear. I rather reveal a little bit of my BaZi to tell you how it can effect my life so much when harm occurred (close friends and relatives must know what happen to me and my family) and how my life road was improperly for there is no guidance which I need it to path the right road so I can meet my ends.

I am a strong and consider very strong 壬 Ren Water people. I got 2 Rat in my year and month branch and I had read a book of Lillian Too (which I don't like to read her books of Chinese and Western Horoscope coz it didn't appeared true! NOT OFFEND but I think it was just not right to me) As I said, I am a person who wont believe non-sense EXCEPT I found it true after all.
According to her book in the title of 'the Star of the Aggressive Sword' column, I am belong into it and it is not enough only 1 but double sword!!

In reality, all people knows I am aggressive person and I admit that coz you can see what will my reaction be when you do something cross my line especially related to cruelty against animal!! I can be Tsunami and Horrible women just to ensure the animal is in fine condition!!

the Star of the Aggressive Sword:

When I know that my aggressiveness can pour into better use, I finally stick my heart into my passion desire without 2nd thought (previously, I don't know which step to which step got to run 1st) and why is charity is because (I don't like call it charity!! I rather call it a work of sincere but it seems like too long to spell it out) besides my passion, my BaZi has Fire which also means 'touch someone's life' which is lovely one!! (yea.. you don't know that I am sentimental person in some way!! :P)

hmm.. a feel of love.. its not because I'm in love relationship.. if you know why the late of Mother Teresa can use her entire life to do such Honourable job then you will understand this kind of love really a meaningful love even in person, we still wanted love from someone we care of.

ok.. back to my childhood nightmare..
I was in the 10-year luck of 乙亥 starts from 8 years old (Western Age) Yi Wood is my Hurting Officer and 亥 which is represents Yin Water, my Rob Wealth. Hidden Stem was 壬Ren and 甲Jia which is represents my Eating God.
When I refer to the book of Joey Yap, 亥Pig and 寅Tiger formed as 6 Combination and in the same time, Destruction.
Imagine Raining Water(亥) feeds Tree(寅), suppose to be good (6 Combination) coz it grows my tree (my talent - Eating God) but Rain Water actually 'poison' my Tree, which is located at Day Pillar, represents 'Home'! that 'poison' effects me and my talent very much and of course, my home too.
the peak was in the end year of 1995 but it was only effected me starting from the year of 1996.
1995 was the year of PIG and end year I meant was the PIG month.
My mom told me that she actually told my mom the problem many time, only, she never solve the problem within her work circulation and end up all of us being victims.

oops.. forget to mention that Hurting Officer is not good to Direct Officer because it hurts the Officer. so, you can see that I am not really obey to teachers' order or command!!
it was because my family problem caused I emotional unstable (remember I am Ren Water) and in the same time, effects my talent!!
My BaZi also reveal that I have Scholastic Brilliance Star but it doesn't work in my school years after 1996!! I was very bright and outstanding before that year.
so, everything got reasons right!! I never feels happy with this outcome but what to do, I only learn BaZi last year coz previously, BaZi was only belong to old folks who into this career and will only pass to their next generation.

well, I'm now no more in this 乙亥 luck and I have consulted with my own (family) Master (before I learn BaZi) and I know my life is belong to 'from bitter to sweetness'
